The Trust Score is a weighted ratio of PASS events to total events, expressed as a number from 0 to 100. SACRED governance rule violations (A7, A8, A11, OD-002, OD-005) carry three times the weight of standard rule checks — so a single SACRED failure has meaningful impact on the score. Every governance action generates one trust event with the actor, action, artifact, rule, result (PASS/FAIL/DEVIATION), verifiable evidence, and any remediation taken. No AI inference is used in the calculation. FAIL events are never hidden — they appear on this dashboard and are resolved as GOLD+ (caught and fixed) events.
Score Thresholds
Three bands. Plain English.
All governance checks passing. No action required. Every AI action is following the rules.
One or more governance findings detected. Remediation is in progress. Founder receives a dashboard notification.
Critical governance failure. Production is paused until score recovers above 70. Telegram alert sent to Founder.
