Careers at LEAPWare

We are hiring.

LEAPWare is building the governed AI infrastructure layer for the enterprise. If you want to work on one of the most consequential technical problems in the industry — and you ship with the same conviction you think with — we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Building something that has never been built before.

Governed AI infrastructure is not a feature — it is a new category. We are the ones defining it.

Most AI companies are building tools. We are building infrastructure — the structural layer that makes autonomous AI trustworthy at enterprise scale. That means Cedar policy enforcement at the query boundary. Bi-temporal knowledge objects with full provenance. Container-isolated agent workforces with chartered authority. Specification-driven builds with holdout testing. Seventeen provisional utility patents protecting the architecture we invented to do it.

The team is small. The surface area is large. Every person who joins works at the foundation of something — not in the margins. If that is the kind of work you want to do, we want to talk.

What We Look For

Conviction. Systems thinking. Craft.

No specific role listed means no specific constraint on how you contribute. Tell us what you build and why it matters.

You think in systems

Not just the feature — the whole. How it fails, how it scales, how it interacts with everything adjacent. You see governance as architecture, not overhead.

You ship with conviction

Opinions backed by reasoning. Work that stands on its own. You can defend every decision and you know when to change your mind. No cowboy commits. No undocumented shortcuts.

You care about proof

Audit trails are not a compliance checkbox for you — they are part of the product. You want the work to be verifiable, not just functional. Every claim traceable. Every decision logged.

No open roles listed. That is intentional.

We hire for quality, not headcount. If you believe in what we are building and want to contribute — in any capacity — reach out. Tell us who you are and what you would build here.
