The Operating Model

LEAPWare is built by one founder partnered with a governed AI workforce operating under 28 standards. This is not a constraint — it is the thesis. The governance stack (169 specification documents), the IP portfolio (17 patent applications), the UI system (75 wireframes), and the complete six-product architecture were all produced by this operating model.

When we hire, we hire people who amplify this model — not people who replace it. We are looking for builders who think in systems, care about governance as much as features, and believe that the infrastructure layer for governed AI is the most important thing being built in enterprise software right now.

What We Value

Depth over speed. We specify before we build. Every product goes through a 54-domain, 12-tier specification process before a line of code is written. If you find that tedious, we are not the right fit. If you find it liberating, we should talk.

Governance as a feature. We treat governance the way most companies treat performance — as a first-class architectural concern, not a compliance afterthought. Our security standard, accessibility standard, and AI ethics standard are not aspirational documents. They are enforced.

Honesty. We acknowledge where competitors are ahead. We disclose our limitations. If you are comfortable saying "we do not know yet," you will fit in here.
